From our Carmel-by-the-Sea Collection. Named for Stillwater Cove, the sheltered inlet at Pebble Beach where Carmel Bay turns glassy and calm.

The Stillwater Rug
Hand-knotted in Afghanistan from 100% wool, with a plush, high pile and large knots, this rug is made for sinking your toes into. Loose ivory lines wander across it in an open, irregular grid, like light glinting on the cove's surface on a windless morning.

Colors in Detail
Cornflower, denim and steel blue shift gently from row to row, as calm and changeable as the water itself. Natural brown and charcoal flecks in the wool add warmth and depth, like the shadows of rocks beneath the surface.
