Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your piece. If it isn't right for your home, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email hello@seaandnest.com with your order number and a few photos of the rug. We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization can't be accepted.
Conditions
- Rugs must be unused and in the same condition as delivered, folded and wrapped as they arrived.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items
Special orders, custom sizes, rug pads, and items marked Sale are final and can't be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund the original payment method within 10 business days.
