From our Carmel-by-the-Sea Collection. Named for Spyglass Hill on the Monterey Peninsula, whose name nods to Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island.

The Spyglass Rug
Hand-knotted in Afghanistan from 100% wool, this rug has the bold geometry of an old nautical chart. Interlocking blocks and stippled bands divide the field, and a high-low pile gives each one its own depth, so the pattern shifts as light moves across it.

Colors in Detail
A warm sand ground sets off blocks of weathered sea blue, each streaked with the natural variation of hand-spun wool. Charcoal dashes trace the design like soundings on a sailor's map, adding crisp contrast to a relaxed coastal palette.
